The Vacuderm is a single use product that increases a healthcare professional’s accuracy and efficiency. By tightly strapping the Vacuderm to the patients arm and pumping the dome, it enhances the tourniquet effect which raises the patient’s vein towards the surface of the skin. This helps healthcare professionals to increase the success rate in first time venous access and helps improve patients’ comfort and well-being.
We were able to effectively deliver designs for the flexible plastic elements ready for moulding. Tuning the flex of the dome piece to achieve the desired result.
